We always think about when we were a little child, we always remember good memories, and the better memories are about pastries, about something lovely or sweet like are the cookies. All kind of cookies, also we have to consider the girl scout cookies, they are delicious. Or what happen when you think about the grandmother's cookies. Oh my God they are the heaven.
I was looking for recipes or cookies and I found one that belong to my grand mom.
And finally I found the recipe and I want to share with you.

for 12 peoples

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup of sugar
• 345 gr butter or margarine
• 375 gr starch potatoes
• 300 gr floor
  
• 3 teaspon baking power
  

Instructions

beat the margarine, add sugar, continuing beating add egg once at time, then add all the ingredients dry.

Do a dought and with two spoons put the mix in buiscuit sheet., it is better if you put the a butter paper in the buiscuit sheets. Put in the oven about 200Celscius about 10 minutes. The temperature will depend the oven
